Kino opens projects from these apps. It reads the project, relinks your media and rebuilds the timeline.

Start an import

In the desktop app, open Settings → Migrate, or click Import from another editor in the Home sidebar.

Kino scans your computer and attached drives and lists every project it finds. Select the projects you want and click Import.

If a project isn’t listed, drop its file or folder onto the dialog, or click Open project or library. After Effects projects are never listed, so open them this way. In the browser, drop or choose a project file instead.

To put new media in a bin, turn on Add new media to bin and name it.
